These range from initial no obligation telephone discussions about any matter to explore the use of expert evidence, through to the provision of fully CPR compliant reports supported by photographs following a site inspection or based on the supplied documentation only.
Between these two extremes we can provide initial brief opinions based on a small number of documents that may assist clients to obtain after the event funding. We can also provide preliminary reports giving our opinions on a matter but also highlighting what information would be needed for us to offer a more definitive opinion.
In criminal litigation we can provide expert reports based on the perusal of witness evidence.
As experienced experts we are familiar with our duties as single joint experts and our role in discussion with other experts when preparing a joint statement.
The culmination of our work involves the presentation of our evidence at court and all the steps leading up to trial, including conferences with counsel.
